Onderzoeksveld

Kristina Lauche studies collaboration between disciplines, locations and organizations in a variety of settings (new product development, healthcare, oil & gas, architecture). Her research addresses planned and unplanned forms of organizational change with special attention to upward influencing processes by which employees attempt to shape organizational strategy. She is committed to engaged scholarship as a dialogue with practitioners that aims to generate both scientific knowledge and useful insights for practice.
